Bosna Reinsurance gets rated by A.M. Best.





Bosna Reinsurance gets rated by A.M. Best. A.M. Best has assigned a financial strength rating of B+ (Good) and an issuer credit rating of "bbb-" to Bosna Reinsurance. The outlook for both ratings is stable. The rating action reflected both good business profile and good risk-adjusted capitalization, offset by a volatile operating performance, reads a statement of the rating agency. Risk-adjusted capitalization is believed to remain supportive of the company's business growth. The insurance company’s portfolio has been assessed as relatively conservative with a short-term orientation. Despite its small size, the company has a strong dominant position in the domestic market with 90% market share. The portfolio mix is relatively limited as it is concentrated mainly in motor, property, fire and other perils and accident and health. A.M. Best Company is a global full-service credit rating organization dedicated to serving the financial and health care service industries, including insurance companies, banks, hospitals and health care system providers.
