Finance ministry sells PLN 1.67bn worth of T-bills, demand at PLN 4.45bn. The finance ministry sold at an auction on Monday (Jul 7) PLN 708.5mn of 52-week T-bills out of the offered PLN 1.7bn, and PLN 964.59mn in 13-week notes from the PLN 500mn offer. Demand for the 52-week T-bills was PLN 1.37bn, and the minimum price was PLN 9,349.50, with the average yield at 6.846%. In the case of the 13-week bills, demand was PLN 3.09bn, the average yield 6.407% and the minimum price - PLN 9,840.07. At the last auction, on Jun 16, finance ministry sold 52-week T-bills worth PLN 1.44bn (the offer was PLN 1.4bn) and 13-week notes worth PLN 1.45bn (PLN 1.4bn). At that time, demand for the 52-week T-bills was PLN 4.39bn, and the minimum price was PLN 9,357.83, with the average yield at 6.762%. In the case of the 13-week bills, demand was PLN 2.51bn, the average yield 6.417% and the minimum price - PLN 9,839.62.
