Jordanian companies to build construction materials factory in Ma’an.





Jordanian companies to build construction materials factory in Ma’an. Jordan’s South Company for Construction and Development (SCCD) and ATM, the Jordanian representative of Argent Asset Management signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to establish a Dyna Crete factory for construction materials in the Jordan ’s Industrial Park of Ma'an Development Area , Zawya business website reported. The initial investment for the first phase of the project is estimated at USD 4mn and expected to be operational by next March. The factory will meet the increasing demand for building and construction materials in Jordan in line with the Decent Housing for Decent Living initiative which aims at providing low and middle income Jordanians with access to affordable housing facilities and constructing 100,000 residential units.
