Uzel signed a joint-venture agreement with Ursus back in 2007. Bumar group, the owner of Ursus, is looking to sell a 100% stake. Pol-Mot Holding, a company assembling Chinese tractors in Poland , has already expressed interest in the company. Indian Tafe, business partner of Ursus, is reportedly interested as well.
