Egypt's Orascom Industries to acquire 20% of US ex-Conagra unit. Egypt's construction company Orascom Industries (OCI) it is to acquire 20% of the US Conagra Trade Group for USD 340mn, the company said in a statement. The Conagra Trade Group, formerly part of Conagra Foods is being renamed the Gavilon Group. It provides physical distribution, merchandising and trading across basic inputs and outputs, including grains, feed ingredients, fertilizer and energy products.Gavilon is headquartered in Omaha , NE with 930 employees and 144 facilities worldwide.
