Railroad Infrastructure HC sells only 45% of offered shares. The private-owned Railroad Infrastructure Holding Company raised BGN 12.6mn (EUR 6.5mn) in public offering held last week. The company was hoping to secure BGN 27.9mn to finance part of its BGN 65mn investment programme to upgrade facilities until 2014. Some 45.3% of the offered 5.6mn shares were subscribed, slightly above the target threshold of 44.8%. The free-float of Railroad Infrastructure will reach 4.3% after the offering. The secondary trade with shares of the company is expected to start in mid-August.
