Karlovarske Mineralni Vody raise stake in Waldquelle Kobersdorf to 75%. Local mineral water producer Karlovarske Mineralni Vody (KMV) raised its stake in Austrian non-alcoholic drinks producer Waldquelle Kobersdorf to 75% from 25.1%, KMV spokesperson Michal Donath revealed. Raiffeisen Landesbank Burgenland, Waldquelle’s original owner, has kept a 25% stake. KMV entered Waldquelle last year within foreign expansion plans. In cooperation with KMV, Waldquelle Kobersdorf had EUR 17.8mn (CZK 445mn) turnover in the past financial year, 12% y/y higher.
