Experts: Central bank not expected to change interest rates in April.

Experts: Central bank not expected to change interest rates in April. According to analysts, no changes in the interest rates are expected at the April meeting of the NBS Bank Board. The central bank supposedly aligns with the interest rates in the Eurozone. Additionally there is no inflationary pressure and GDP growth is adequate. Analysts expect the NBS to cut interest rates later on to the ECB level (which is currently 25bps lower than in Slovakia ). However estimates on the timing of the cut differ across analysts.
