Russian Federation PM Victor Zubkov to visit Kyiv on April 28.

Russian Federation PM Victor Zubkov to visit Kyiv on April 28. Russian Federation PM Victor Zubkov will pay his official visit to Kyiv on April 28, after the meeting was rescheduled from April 25. The inter-countries committee meetings were scheduled to meet under chairmanship of PMs about economic collaboration. The Russian Federation and Ukraine official relationships are under geopolitics pressure during recent times. After Ukrainian powers forwarded the request to join NATO action plan, Russian officials urged about military actions against Ukraine if it joins NATO. Also Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed his obscure opinion about the territory formation of Ukraine , noting that millions of Russians live in the country. And now, UN was officially noticed by officials that Russian Federation interfered into sovereignty of Ukraine . We believe that historical course is partly a stub in the inter-countries relation as Ukraine was part of USSR and during centuries carried struggles for its territory before USSR formation which is being discussed by high rank officials up to the present. Nowadays, Ukraine is believed to achieve a significant breakthrough with regard to democracy and economy, supported by world community and Russia up to the present. We assume that struggling debates between Russia and Ukraine will not last long and will be settled as soon as economic principles will be supported and developed. According to media, Vladimir Putin proposes to speed up demarcation agreements and more actively prepare economic cooperation between countries for the forthcoming meeting too. Thus Victor Zubkov meeting must bring certainty and clarify inter-countries cooperation course, we believe.
