RBC Capital Markets is building a European leveraged finance team. Nick Atkinson will run origination and Warrick Booth will co-head European syndication. They are part of a four-strong team that includes Paul Brady and John Williams – who join from fellow Canadian bank CIBC. All four are hired as managing directors. The global head of syndicated and leveraged finance at RBC, Blair Fleming, is expected to announce further hires in the coming weeks.
