Although it offers a great selection, and the subsidized average price of just £4 for the café-style cuisine seems to be a fantastic bargain compared with other restaurants in Londons second financial district, the canteen apparently suffers from having no duck à lorange on the menu, as well as sporting a view of a building site. It seems that HSBCs staff miss the old view of a car park. "Great choice of food, but the view from the window has recently diminished in quality due to the closure of the adjacent car park and its subsequent use as a store for building materials," was the ruling of one reviewer.

Happy eating!
