Downtown Jebel Ali, Dubai: Downtown Jebel Ali is one of the largest development projects in Dubai, with a projected built up area of 70 million square feet and an estimated value of around $12 billion.

Arabian Canal, Dubai: The $11 billion project involves creating a 75 kilometre man-made waterway, which will flow inland from Dubai Waterfront, passing to the east of the new Dubai World Central International Airport before turning back towards Palm Jumeirah. Up to 150 metres wide and six metres deep, it will be able to accommodate boats up to 40 metres long.

Al Wasl, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: Al Wasl will be a $12 billion urban community in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is the first of several projects planned by Limitless in KSA, and will be developed on a 1,411 hectare site north of the Saudi capital, Riyadh.

Bidadi, Bangalore, India: Limitless will master develop India’s biggest new urban community – a $12 billion, 4,000 hectare mixed-use project near Bangalore – through a 50-50 joint venture with DLF, one of India’s largest developers.

Halong Star, Halong Bay, Vietnam: Halong Star is a $220 million, 125 hectare, mixed-use project on the north east coast of Vietnam, and is being jointly developed by Limitless, Phuong Hung Joint Stock Company and International Property Investment Partners LLC.
