Ukreximbank attracts USD 40mn loan from German KfW. Ukreximbank attracted USD 40mn loan from German institutional lender Kreditanstalt fuer Wiederaufbau (KfW). The raised funds will be channelled to start project for small and medium businesses development. In particular, investments are to be provided for fixed assets loans amounting from USD 25,000 to USD 2mn. Such loans are believed to ensure competitive strength of small and medium enterprises, reduce the deficit of loans facilities for such banking niche market, and create new jobs. Ukreximbank is 100% state owned bank with 29 branches and 89 subdivisions over the country. The bank also operates with 800 agency banks over the globe.We believe, the small and medium business development has a potential growth in the country due to the overall economy development and the need to fill market gaps over the country, especially in regional areas and districts.
