Croatia’s PPK Kutjevo eyes agro-food concern Hepok Mostar. The Croatian agricultural firm PPK Kutjevo is interested in acquiring the troubled agro-food concern Hepok Mostar, M&A newswire DealWatch reported, quoting sources from the potential investor. We note that the Federation cabinet decided last week to call a tender for the state-owned 67% stake in the Mostar-based company. PPK Kutjevo’s owner, Enver Moralic, has earlier tried to buy the troubled Hepok, submitting a letter of intent to the entity privatisation office. At that time Moralic offered a total investment of EUR 20mn (KM 39.1mn).
