Rob Joliffe, head of debt capital markets at RBS, is leaving the bank for personal reasons. Joliffes contract runs out in March, and although he has said that he is available to assist with the integration of ABN Amro, it is understood that he is already working on a part-time basis. Before RBS, Joliffe spent a good proportion of his professional life at Goldman Sachs where his last role was head of European FIG coverage. His replacement has not been announced. Simon Drake Brockman, head of debt markets, is moving to the US in the New Year where he will also run the Greenwich debt business.
