Privatisation of Warsaw bourse to end by March next year. Privatisation of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) is to end in Q1/2008 at the latest, Deputy Treasury Minister Pawel Szalamacha said on Monday. The ministry wants to retain 51% votes at the AGM of the WSE and to sell several stakes of 5-10% shares to domestic institutional investors. Currently, the state treasury has a 98.80% stake in the initial capital of the WSE, the remaining 1.20% shares belong to banks, brokerage houses and securities' issuers. ISB
